Normally feed week 6 to 8 or 8 to 10 . Or when flower is big and ready to add the most weight to your crop for tight and hard bud. Stop feeding 2 weeks before harvest.

1 flat teaspoon per gallon of water. Mixed with Water only.  NOTE: Do not feed this rate with any other plant food, otherwise burn your plants. Store in cool and dry place. 

Note: Under some conditions like weather too hot,etc.. need to reduce feed rate at the first sign of stress.
